a paint can/tray set deigned for IKEA to extract the trouble and mess out of decorating your home, leaving you only the joy and sense of achievement.

the basic design of a can of paint hasn't changed much since its invention in 1868. the visual of the simple round metal container has rooted deep in our mind ever since, and even though it creates a lot of problems during use, we just sort of create our own solutions. This is best demonstrated by PaintCare Inc. and here are some shots from the video.

it strikes me that even with all these diys, nobody sought to improve the design of this basic product. Around 75 million gallons of paint sold in the U.S. each year are unused and eventually thrown out.

Dean and Helen is a couple that decide to move in together before they get married for real. they don't have a lot of money, but they love each other and have all the passion in life to explore. they are eager to start with decorating their new house.

Johnson and Adele are married for seven years and have two kids now. They figure that a good way of raising their kids is to let them be free and creative. Thus, they decide to let their kids paint the rooms and the furnitures by themselves, to whatever color that they like.
